What I like most about THRIVE Life cooked ground beef is that it is perfect for our low meat, high vegetable diet. When we make tacos, we load them with avocado, tomato, onion and jalapeno, then season the tacos with a tablespoon of ground beef and cheese. My can of ground beef stays in the cupboard until I want to add a spoonful to one of our dishes. We do not wait for it to go on sale at the store. We do not have to cook it and throw away a minimum of 35% of the weight we paid for. We do not have to find a use for the rest of the package. We use what we want and enjoy the benefits of our mostly vegetable tacos.
