 Guided Meditation: April 2nd from 10:00-11:30. Register by March 26th. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.

Reiki Level I: April 3rd from 10:00-3:00.  Register by March 27th. Pre-requisite: Before you study Reiki level I, you must have experienced one Reiki session. Included in the class: certification, self-treatment practice, attunement and introduction to your Reiki I guide. Thrive Life snacks and lunch will be provided.  The next level I class will be offered in August.  The fee for this class is $220.

Meet Your Guides Workshop: March 6th from 10:00-2:00. Register by February 28th. Instructor: Gina Briganti. This workshop is at the café, live in Joshua Tree. Together we will explore the best ways for you tap into your intuition and get to know your guides. This workshop is almost full. The fee for this workshop is $60.  Thrive Life snacks will be served.

Guided Meditation: March 12th from 10:00-11:30. Register by March 5th. Instructor: Gina Briganti. You may attend virtually or in person. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.

Holistic Health for Writers: March 13th from 10:00-11:30 PST. Register by March 6th. Instructor: Gina Briganti. This is a virtual class. You have a career to celebrate, which means that you need to be in top shape to live it. We’ll explore specific needs writers have, like hydration, how your body is responding to caffeine and sugar, essential fatty acids, circulation, clever multitasking and marketing. The fee for this class is $20.

Reiki Level IV: Reiki Master Teacher Class: March 19th from 10:00-4:00. Register by March 12th. Instructor: Gina Briganti. This class is live, in Joshua Tree. If you feel that you have a command of Reiki, and are ready to teach, this class is for you! By the end of the class you will have your certificate, teacher attunement, information on how to form your own classes, symbol practice, introduction to your Reiki IV guide, what to teach during your classes, and attunement practice. Thrive Life snacks and lunch will be provided. The next level IV class will be offered in July. The fee for this class is $250.

January Class Schedule

Guided Meditation: January 2nd from 10:00-11:30. Register by December 26th. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.

Nutrition Workshop: January 3rd from 10:00-2:00. Register by December 27th. Ask your basic nutrition questions and complete a mini analysis to learn more about what your body needs. The workshop fee is $60.

Guided Meditation: January 10th from 10:00-11:30. Register by January 3rd. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.

Teaching Reiki Workshop: January 10th from 12:30-4:30. Register by January 3rd.. If you’ve completed your Reiki levels, and would like more instruction on how to structure your Reiki classes, this workshop is for you. I will include information for teaching all four levels. The workshop fee is $60.

Guided Meditation: January 16th from 10:00-11:30. Register by January 9th. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.

Reiki II Class: January 17th from 10:00 – 3:00. Register by January 10th. Class includes level II attunement, certification, practitioner practice, symbol practice, symbol meditation, and distant healing instruction. The fee for the class is $200.

Infusing Reiki Into Your Life: January 23rd from 10:00-2:00. Register by January 16th. Learn how to cleanse and energize your home, workspace, career, relationships, and more in this workshop. The workshop fee is $60.

Guided Meditation: January 24th from 10:00-11:30. Register by January 17th. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.

Guided Meditation: January 30th from 10:00-11:30. Register by January 23rd. Meditations are one hour long, with thirty minutes of discussion following the meditation. The fee for each meditation class is $20.
